Not compatible with Apple Watch, Fitbit, Samsung Galaxy Watch, or any Garmin that uses a clip-on rear charger.

First-time setup (30 seconds):

1. Detach one side of your Garmin strap from the watch case.
2. Slide LongRun onto the strap from the open end. Position it close to the watch case.
3. Reattach the strap to your Garmin.
4. Dock the LongRun connector into the side charging port. You'll feel it click.
5. Start your activity. Your Garmin will show the charging icon.

Daily use: Once LongRun is on the strap, leave it there. Just snap the connector in when you want to charge, unplug when you don't.

To recharge LongRun: Plug the included USB-C cable into the back of the unit. 20 minutes to full.
